Introduction：
Recently，Anthony, from America who belongs to the well-known optical microphone industry visited our PCBA factory to field investigation and technical exchange. The purpose of this visit is to further deepen the cooperation between the two sides and jointly explore the future innovative development direction of the microphone industry.

Brief background：We have been in friendly communication since they started the project in 2023. Recently, the client company has made a major innovative breakthrough in the world's first optical microphone.  Anthony had a pleasant online video conference with us about future cooperation and was very willing to visit the factory offline for in-depth communication. This is the first on-site visit by Anthony

· Production Workshop： Automated production lines and core product workshops, learn more about our factory production technology and equipment capabilities, high-precision SMT placement，·Adopting fully automatic high-speed placement machines (such as FUJI NXT, Panasonic CM series), supporting 01005 ultra-small components and 0.3mm micro-pitch BGA packaging, ensuring high-precision placement:

· Equipped with 3D SPI (solder paste detector) and AOI (automatic optical inspection) to monitor soldering quality in real time and reduce human errors. Advanced DIP and post-soldering process, dual wave soldering + selective wave soldering, to meet the high reliability requirements of through-hole components (THT)，

Automated post-welding workstation ensures accurate manual soldering of complex PCBs and flexible manufacturing capabilities

Quality inspection: Strict quality control system, full quality traceability，the MES system tracks the process parameters and test data of each PCB in real time, ensuring that problems can be traced back to specific batches/stations。

100% inspection of key links (such as ICT testing, FCT functional testing), industry-leading advanced equipment and strict standards, Anthony highly appreciate the high-precision production technology.

International certification and standards：

· We have passed ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (automotive regulations), ISO 13485 (medical) and other certifications, and comply with IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 standards. We cooperate with customer-specified third-party testing (such as SGS and UL) to ensure global product compliance.

· Supply chain and delivery assurance：Intelligent warehousing system realizes material batch management and first-in-first-out (FIFO) to avoid the risk of stagnant materials.

3. Meeting exchange results

The two parties had in-depth discussions on the detailed requirements of the PCBA project and the 2025 order plan, and reached a preliminary cooperation intention.

2020-01.08 clients Mr. Tsympilov Bulat and Mr. Bayarto from Russia visited our PCBA factory

On 8th Jan, Nice to meet Mr. Tsympilov Bulat and his manager Bayarto today for their visiting to our PCBA factory.

At the end of December, we offered them our PCBA quotation. They not only have office in Russia but also in Shenzhen, too. Now this time they wanted to check our factory’s production capability and quality control.

 

They came very early today. We were so glad for their visit to our factory. After they had a rest in the our factory’s meeting room, we went to our PCBA production line together directly. We showed them our 8 SMT Lines, DIP line, Back welding line, Assembly line, Reflow soldering, AOI Testing(X-ray Testing for BGA package), Automatic Wave soldering, ect... They showed high interest to our devices and production capacity. It was a happy time to introduce them every production process. 

After visiting our production line, we were back to our meeting room. Our manager, Mr. Bulat, Mr. Bayarto and me have a great talking about the quotation we have quoted. 

It is really a nice day for their visiting.

2019-5-15 Client Mike Li visited our PCBA factory 

Mike Li sent us PCBA inquiry and shell inquiry since Oct, 2018. At the beginning, Mike Li doesn’t know we can service for his company one-stop service, from shell to PCB assembly. He just tried. But finally, we told him we can totally meet his need. And he is so glad. Because we can help them save cost and delivery time.

This time the purpose of his visit to our PCBA factory was because his products were produced at our factory. To our long-term cooperation, he want to check the quality control and production process and we discuss how to reduce the cost again. That will facilitate the cooperation of more projects in the future.

Firstly, we visit our SMT line and welding line. Mike Li asked how we controlled the temperature of the components. Our production manager told him that each components has its own temperature control. We need to achieve a good temperature modulation,and then solder according to the performance of the components, so that each component can be soldered in place.

 

And then Mike Li visit DIP components. We told him now DIP plug are now almost always hand-welded because the machine cannot meet DIP soldering. So it takes a lot of time. That is the same to other PCBA factory.

 

Finally, Mike Li checked his shell and PCBA board. He is very strict with the details. We told him that we will check each process carefully. If it fails, we will make a markback to improve and control the non-performing rate to 0.

 

Mike Li is satisfied with our products and he told us that hope we can have more cooperation in the future. That is also our future goal.

 

2019-4-26 client Mr. Evgeniy from Russia visited our PCBA factory 

 

We received the PCBA inquiry from Mr. Evgeniy at the end of Mar. He is still satisfied with our quotation. So he told us that he will have a plan to visit our factory and have a look. When we heard the goods news, we felt very gald because we can discuss with all of his pcba project including the assembled product. Besides, we knew their plan schedule and put forward to pick them up from Airport when they arrived on 25th April. Their flight had a delay and we waited over 5 hours in airport. When we picked them up, and they were in touched.

On 26th April, Mr. Evgeniy and his CEO Mr. Maxim from Russia visited our PCBA assembly factory. He is looking for PCBA boards manufacturer for his electric project, our company has 11 years experience in producing all kinds of PCB and PCBA, after visiting Mr. Evgeniy and his Mr. Maxim is very satisfied with our ability and service.

First we went to the workshop. We showed and explained our SMT production lines, DIP room, bonding room, AOI test process and so on to them. BothMr. Evgeniy and Mr. Maximshowed great interested in our production.

After visitedworkshop, we started our business meeting.We talked about the price and EQs about bomlist. They feel very satisfied and had a good impression for us. It was really a happy and good visiting experience.

Mr.Meisam Rahimzadeh and Mr.SHARAFI VisitOurFactory

 

Mr. Meisam sent aPCBAinquiryat first and then visit our PCBA factorytotalk aboutPCBA project details on8th March.

First we went to the workshop. We showed and explained our SMT production lines, DIP room, bonding room, AOI test process and so on to them. BothMr.Meisam Rahimzadeh showed great interested in our production and componments purchasing.

 

 

After visitedworkshop, we started our business meeting.We talked about the price and EQs about bomlist. They feel very satisfied and had a good impression for us. It was really a happy and good visiting experience.

 

Randy and EliVisitOurFactory

Saravana visits our factory on 22th Aug. 2017

Saravana is from India. But he works as designer in QMAX in USA.His company is a large company,which can provide all kinds of technologies, digital signage.

This time he attends the IOT exhibition and visits our factory on 22th Aug.2017. He wants to check our quality.  

Firstly, we went to the workshop, and showed him our SMT Production lines, DIP room, AOI test process and so on. Saravana asked us some questions of our production lines, quality controlling, function test and so on, especially our bad rate. We told him the bad rate is lower. Because when we test it and find it is not qualified, we will repair. When it is can not be repaired, we will give up it.

And he is satisfied with our quality and service.Later he show his PCBA project for me.

 

Maksym Visits Our PCBA Factory

Maksym is from Ukraine. He visited our PCBA factory on 25th May,2017.

Firstly, he show us his device. There is some problem in his device. Maybe it is the power problem and other problem. And he also want to combine the two boards into the one board. Later,our engineers provide their ideas to him. And the suggestion is kindly accepted by him.

And then, our manager show the Maksym our workshop. Our manger gave him a brief introduction. he learned about more about our factory.

we went to the workshop, and showed them our SMT Production lines, DIP room, AOI test process and so on. Maskym asked us some questions of our production lines, quality controlling, function test and so on. We solved his every problem and told him all process of our production.

After visiting our workshop, we provide him with information he needs. And he is satisfied with our quality and service.

Finally, Maksym told us his PCB/PCBA will be produce in our factory. Because he believe in our quality and service.

In a word, this is an very unforgettable meeting and memory for both of us. Looking forward be long-term partners and good friends.

Mr.Itsuto Ozawa Visits OurFPC Factory

Mr.Ozawa sent aFPCinquiry and made a sample order at first beforevisiting ourFPC factory in Shajing. Afterfinished the samples, Mr. Ozawa come to visit our factory, took the samples, and talked about the mass order and a new FPC project on 15th  April. 2017.

First we went to the workshop. We showed and explained our FPC production lines such as cutting, CNC drilling, dry film lamination, exposure, pattern etching, dry film stripping, pre-lamination, hot press lamination, slick screen, O/S test, pinching, inspection, and final package. Mr. Ozawa showed great interested in our production.

After visitedworkshop, we started our business meeting.Mr.Ozawa tested the FPC samples in the meeting room. He asked some engineer questions about samples, and our engineer explained him patiently and professionally. Meanwhile, we discussed about some details about mass order and a new fpc project. After all, we tested tea and had a lunch. He felt very satisfied and had a good impression for us.. It was really a happy and good visiting experience.

 

Ruben visit our factory

 

Ruben is a friend of our Spanish cilent—Juanjo,which he visited our factory representative of Juanjo.

Juanjo’s company is a large company in charge of gym equipment, such as Smart Bracelet in Spanish.

This is first time they want to design electronic fitness products. They are in need of large quantities of PCB and PCBA and want to find a long-term partner in China.

At the end of February, their company got in touch our company through a friend Ruben. After about a month contact, they want to place an order.

Ruben came to our company for field trips.

Firstly, our manager took him to have a visit in our FPC factory. After a brief introduction of each branch in our factory, he learned about more about our factory.

In addition,they want to produce hard and soft combination board. Then Ruben visited our PCB factory. we went to the workshop, and showed them our SMT Production lines, DIP room, AOI test process and so on. Ruben asked us some questions of our production lines, quality controlling, function test and so on. We solved his every problem and told him all process of our production.

 

After visiting our workshop, we provide him with information he needs. And he is satisfied with our quality and service.

Finally, we tasted some famous tea. Besides, we also share some electronic information.

Ms. Kristina and Mr. Dmitry visited our PCBA factory

Ms. Kristina and Mr. Dmitry’s company is a group company, established in 1945, has more than 70 years history. We received their inquiry in Oct. 2016. And after they received our samples, they decided to visit our PCBA factory to discuss the further cooperation.

Finally, Ms. Kristina and Mr. Dmitry came to visit our PCBA factory on 6th April, 2017. They were very happy when saw our welcome speech.

 

Firstly,we went to the workshop, and showed them our SMT production lines, DIP room,AOI test process, function test room and so on .

After visiting workshop, we started our business meeting.

Our meeting lasted about2 hours, both of us were satisfied with the meeting result. Mr. Dmitry were very satisfied with our PCBA factory.
