1. About PCB
We can produce 1-38 layers of PCBs based on FR-4, FR1,FR2; CEM-1, CEM-3, Rogers, Teflon, Arlon, Aluminum Base, Copper Base,Ceramic, Crockery, etc.We can make different surface treatment : HASL, OSP, gold, OSP, silver .We can make various pcb with high difficult technic, for example: HDI ,BGA .
2. PCBA
PCBA Assembly service includes SMT , DIP, function test , housing assembly.
SMT we can do min components 0201 package,MIN BGA space :0.1MM,produce capacity is 480,000 /hour , total 10SMT lines and We have 4 DIP produce lines .
3. About test : we have AOI Testing ,X-ray Test, ICT FCT and so on
Our factory has advanced production and test equipment from Germany,Taiwan,Japan,and Italy. For example ,cut machine from Taiwan, SCHMOLL from Germany,POSALUX from Switzerland , pressure machine from ltaly,exposure machine from Japan,V-cut machine from Germany. And import AOl of Camtek and Obotech ,and CMI900 advance test equipments,and so on.
